So, what is a Baseline Visit?

A Baseline is your opportunity to learn how to maximize your benefits and create a health roadmap. There are two required parts: the Baseline Onboarding and the Baseline Clinical Check-in.

Get covered by Curative

Learn about your plan's benefits and resources, find $0 providers, check medication coverage, and connect to programs to reach your health goals.

  • Part 1: onboarding

If you're new to Curative, schedule a video meeting with your Care Navigator to walk through your plan in real-time. Renewing members complete an online self-guided experience with videos and written content to help you continue to get the most out of your plan.

  • Part 2: clinical check-in

All members—new and renewing—complete a one-on-one Zoom session with a Curative Clinician. During this visit, you’ll review your medical history, get answers to your health questions, and create a care plan tailored to your needs.

"My health insurance provider truly CARED about me."
It all started with the Baseline Visit. It was thorough, informative, not rushed at all, and truly made me feel like for the first time (ever), my health insurance provider truly CARED about me.

"I did not expect my Care Navigator to actually take that extra step — to look out for me in that way."
That’s what the Baseline visit is for: to make sure that whatever I can't navigate on my own, there is a professional there to help me do those things. I did not expect my Care Navigator to actually take that extra step — to look out for me in that way. Let’s put it that way. And that was awesome.
