Received a bill? We’re here to help.

We dislike surprise bills just as much as you do. Curative designed its plan to be as simple as possible with guaranteed payment for covered services with any physician in Curative’s provider search. That usually means $0 out-of-pocket costs and bills go away, but if any balance is due, we’ll provide all the information you need to know. If you get a bill in the mail, we'll help figure out why and what to do.

Double-check this first:

  • Before submitting your bill, make sure you’ve shared your Curative insurance information with your provider. It’s on your Curative Member ID card. If not, try calling the provider’s billing department—it may clear things up right away.
  • EPO Value members: Make sure you had an active Curative Pass for the provider.

Got an unexpected bill? Let's figure it out together.

  1. Log in to the Member Portal and open Curative AI in the sidebar (or the Curative AI chat in the app).

  2. Say "I got a bill" and upload a photo of the bill. Make sure it's the bill from your provider, not an Explanation of Benefits.

  3. Curative AI confirms the provider and your coverage, opens your case, and tells you what to expect.
