You're now in-network with Curative. Now what? Let us take you through the 411 on all things Curative, like our unique $0 out-of-pocket plan with the completion of a Baseline Visit. We will also cover claims, prior authorizations, demographic updates, and more.
First Health providers are in-network for Curative members
Curative is now accessing the First Health network. If you’d like to confirm that you’re a First Health provider so that your patients get full coverage for in-network care, please contact First Health Network at 1-800-226-5116. If you’re a Texas or Florida provider, you can also contract directly with Curative.
