Fred Turner is the CEO and co-founder of Curative, a groundbreaking healthcare company transforming employer-based health insurance. Under his leadership, Curative has shifted from the leading COVID-19 testing provider to an innovator in health insurance, offering plans with no copays, no deductibles, and no cost-sharing for in-network care. This model has achieved a 94% member engagement rate, far surpassing industry standards. Turner’s vision is to create a healthcare system that supports holistic patient health. He is a Fast Company Impact Council member, has been recognized in Forbes' "30 Under 30" list, and has previously founded multiple venture-backed biotech startups.
Isaac
Turner
Chief Technology Officer, Co-Founder
Dr. Isaac Turner is the Chief Technology Officer and a co-founder of Curative. During his career, he has developed algorithms for interpreting whole genome sequencing data, helped Curative scale its lab and field operations to provide over 36 million COVID PCR tests, and oversaw the launch of Curative’s COVID vaccine program, which completed over 2 million immunizations. He is passionate about using technical innovation to improve the patient experience and scaling these processes. Previously at an a16z-backed biotech startup, Dr. Turner helped establish a clinical lab offering novel antibiotic susceptibility tests. He holds a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from Oxford in DNA sequence analysis.

Wilson-Ciranna
President, Co-Founder
Tami Wilson-Ciranna is Co-Founder, President, & CFO and has an extensive financial and leadership background in a variety of industries specializing in high growth companies. She uses her leadership experience to structure organizations to allow accelerated growth. Previously, she was CFO of Prolacta Bioscience, Inc. a high growth biotech company, and prior to that CFO of CommonWealth Partners an investment management company. She is a CPA and has her MBA from UCLA.

Charles
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Brandon Charles is the Chief Medical Officer of Curative, bringing a wealth of experience from his time in provider organizations with a commitment to quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare. His expertise lies in strategic healthcare delivery, marked by a compassionate, member-focused approach. Dr. Charles earned his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at UT Southwestern, training at Methodist and Parkland hospitals in Dallas. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School through the General Management Program. Before embarking on his career in managed care, Dr. Charles practiced as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist for two decades in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Chief Marketing Officer
Beth Henry is CMO and a proven senior executive with 20+ years of experience in health care. Prior to joining Curative, she most recently served as Vice President and CMO of the U.S. Medical Business for Cigna Health Care. In this role, Beth led the team that developed and executed marketing strategies to drive growth for both the Commercial and Government segments and was accountable for bringing the business value proposition to life. Beth has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bryn Mawr College and an MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Ramzy ElGomayel is Senior Vice President of Network Development and Management. He is a strategic and collaborative leader with a long history of success, quickly identifying opportunities to improve top and bottom-line performance and implementing effective solutions. With a broad experience from fast-paced healthcare startups to multibillion-dollar enterprises, he has a demonstrated record of developing strong external relationships and inspiring teams through engaging leadership.
David “Deke”
Ellwanger
SVP of Development
David “Deke” Ellwanger has spent the last 37 years in the health care industry. He is currently the SVP of Development at Curative and oversees expanding the Curative product across Texas and other markets. He was a President for a division of Healthways, the country’s largest population health management company, President of HealthSpring, COO for Windsor Health Plans, and a Regional Vice President for Aetna’s second largest market. He built or acquired over 15 HMOs. In addition, he has operated physician practices as well as working in the hospital setting. Deke was part of three separate executive teams successfully taking three companies public.

Jeannie Smith is the Sr Vice President of Customer Success at Curative. She brings over 25 years of experience in Customer Success to her role and has been with Curative since its inception building a Customer Care (emphasis on Care) experience that is second to none. Jeannie has held Customer Care and Success leadership roles in multiple business disciplines and brings a unique and creative perspective on how to care for you and your family as if they were our own.

VP of Compliance
Deneil Patterson is Vice President of Compliance and brings an impressive track record and valuable expertise in compliance management within the health insurance industry and has successfully led organizations to reach compliance success. With 12+ years of experience in healthcare and pharmacy solutions, Deneil plays a pivotal role in driving compliance strategy and industry best practices while fostering a culture of compliance at all levels.
