Introducing Lantern: personalized support for your planned surgery

Curative has partnered with Lantern to give you a more supportive way to plan any non-emergency, planned surgery. Lantern connects members with high-quality surgical providers, offers one-on-one guidance, and helps coordinate your care. Lantern is an additional benefit available to eligible Curative members and does not replace or change any benefits provided under your Curative health plan.

Who is eligible?

Eligible members

  • Members living in Texas, Florida, or Georgia
  • Members living outside Texas, Florida, or Georgia who are on the Curative Wrap Network

Not eligible

You are not eligible for Lantern if any one of the following applies:

  • Members of certain Florida-based employer groups
  • Members living outside Texas, Florida, Georgia who are on the Cigna Healthcare PPO network
  • You are an employee of Stellar Bank, Menninger Clinic, or CallRevu

How to check: Check your Curative member ID card or member portal to confirm your network. If you’d like to confirm your eligibility, please contact Lantern or your Curative Care Navigator.
