    Schedule a virtual Zoom meeting with your Care Navigator to walk through your plan in real-time.

  • Part 2: clinical check-in

    This session is a one-on-one Zoom meeting with a Curative Clinician to discuss your medical history, address health questions, and create a tailored plan for your needs.
