Our dual-card system, a key element of our innovation, expands provider choice and reduces friction at the point of service. Members who complete a Baseline Visit within the first 120 days of their plan start date continue to enjoy $0 copays and $0 deductibles—with Curative covering the bill whether providers process claims or accept cash on the spot.

Our system includes two cards:

• The Curative Member ID Card follows the traditional route. Providers bill through claims, and Curative pays those claims.
• The Curative Cash Card enables on-the-spot payments, letting members access providers who may not accept the Member ID Card. This option is crucial for mental health services and providers operating on a cash-pay basis or designated as Curative Cash Card only.

Even if provider directories occasionally list outdated information, we guarantee that if a provider appears for a covered service, eligible members pay $0 out-of-pocket. Our dual-card system removes the guesswork, ensuring every member receives timely, affordable care.

Our impact to date

At Curative, we believe access to the right care at the right time leads to better health outcomes. Our innovative approach ensures members receive the necessary preventive and ongoing care without financial barriers:

• Baseline Visit: 98% of members complete their Baseline Visit, during which they are directed to an in-network primary care physician. Curative identifies 90%+ members with chronic conditions in the Baseline Visit.
• Chronic Condition Management: 46% of Curative members with type 2 diabetes are actively enrolled in a management program, and 95% of all diabetic members adhere to their prescribed medications.
• Curative Cash Card Usage: Roughly one-third of mental and behavioral health service providers don’t take insurance. The Curative Cash Card offers a cash-pay alternative for an expanded network, underscoring our commitment to accessible care.

These metrics highlight Curative’s commitment to improving health outcomes by delivering tailored care, addressing chronic conditions, and providing innovative solutions like the Curative Cash Card to ensure access to services that may otherwise be limited.
