We recently commissioned a survey to gain deeper insights into how healthcare costs impact individuals in the Dallas-Forth Worth metro area who are enrolled in employer-sponsored insurance plans**. Despite being insured, the results highlighted affordability concerns that often lead to delayed or avoided care, potentially impacting health outcomes. Over half of the respondents shared their inability to afford out-of-pocket costs, while an alarming 40 percent deferred seeking medical care due to financial worries.
