Step 1: Determine your eligibility
Baseline Labs are currently available to eligible Curative members in Texas.
Step 2: Request your lab orders
Submit your lab order requests and Curative sends your orders to Labcorp electronically. No paperwork for you to carry in.
Step 3: Please provide 3 business days to get your orders to Labcorp.
After that, use the Labcorp location finder to find a location most convenient for you

How to prepare for your labwork
- No appointment needed. Walk into any Labcorp location once three business days have passed since your request. Booking ahead can save you time.
- No paperwork needed. Curative already sent your orders to Labcorp electronically, so there's nothing for you to print or bring.
- Bring your Curative insurance card. Have it ready when you check in at Labcorp.
- We recommend fasting for 8 to 12 hours before your test. That means no food or drinks other than water, plain coffee, or tea, with no sugar, cream, or milk. You can take your regular medications. If fasting isn't possible, don't worry. Your results will still be useful.

Receive your lab results:
Our clinical team will send secure SMS communications about your lab results, and you will have the option to schedule a call to discuss your results.
Partner with your Primary Care Provider (PCP):
These labs are a great first step, but not a substitute for a full annual physical. Share these results with your PCP and discuss your health goals. Remember, if you're still looking for a PCP, Texas and Florida members have access to virtual primary care services through Curative Primary Care.
