Baseline Labs are currently available to eligible Curative members in Texas.
Schedule a Labcorp appointment for at least 2 weeks out from today.
This gives us enough time to send your lab orders before your visit.
Request your lab orders
Once your appointment is scheduled, submit your lab order requests so we can place your lab orders electronically to Labcorp.

How to prepare for your labwork
When you arrive at LabCorp, have your Curative insurance card ready.
No paperwork needed—we've already sent your orders to Labcorp electronically. You won't receive any additional paperwork.
If you have any issues, call our Medical Group at 512-881-2515, select Option 2.
We recommend fasting for 8-12 hours before your test. This means no food or drinks other than water, plain coffee, or tea (no sugar/cream/milk). You may take your regular medications. If fasting isn't possible, don't worry – your results will still be useful.

Receive your lab results:
Our clinical team will send secure SMS communications about your lab results, and you will have the option to schedule a call to discuss your results.
Partner with your Primary Care Provider (PCP):
These labs are a great first step, but not a substitute for a full annual physical. Share these results with your PCP and discuss your health goals. Remember, if you're still looking for a PCP, Texas and Florida members have access to virtual primary care services through Curative Primary Care.
