The Curative Cash Card is a streamlined way for Curative to pay providers directly. Instead of going through the claims process, providers are paid the cash price when members present their Curative Cash Card at the time of service. That means real-time payment, no chasing down member cost shares, and no claims processing.

Think of the Curative Cash Card as a payment card with no balance owed by the member—Curative covers the cost.
The Cash Card can cover:

Many inpatient and outpatient hospital services
Labs and prescriptions are not typically covered with the Cash Card as we opt for members to use their Member ID for those services.
