Should I become a Curative provider?

Curative designed a health plan for members focused on transparency and total wellbeing. You, as a care provider, are an important part of helping to make that a reality. For members who have participated in the Baseline Visit, within the first 120 days after enrollment, Curative requires no copay, no deductible, and no out-of-pocket for in-network items and services including many top-tier prescription drugs. For you as an in-network provider, that means that there’s no need to chase down copays or deductibles on the backend. Cost-sharing and collections are simple when it’s only $0. And when concerns over the cost of care are removed from the equation, members will seek care whenever they need it, instead of delaying, helping achieve better long-term health outcomes.
