In October 2023, Kaemark partnered with Curative to introduce a $0 out-of-pocket plan with no deductibles, copays, or surprise bills—for those who complete a Baseline Visit.

A required Baseline Visit to initiate preventive care
Dedicated Care Navigators and a user-friendly member portal
On-site support during open enrollment to assist employees
Direct communication channels for employees to reach Curative representatives
To accommodate employees less familiar with technology, Kaemark provided office computers and assistance for completing Baseline Visits. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with employees appreciating the personalized support and comprehensive care.
The outcome: Healthier, more engaged employees—and a stronger HR win
Enrollment Increased to 85%: A substantial rise from the previous 65–70%, indicating enhanced trust and satisfaction with the new plan.
Enhanced Health Engagement: Employees who hadn't seen a doctor in years began scheduling physicals and addressing health concerns proactively.
Improved Productivity: With accessible healthcare, employees sought timely medical attention, reducing absenteeism and enhancing overall productivity.
Positive Reception from Stakeholders: Even Kaemark’s private equity partners acknowledged the plan's value, with their broker stating, “We can’t touch this.”
