Supporting EPO Value members
If one of your patients on the Curative EPO Value plan asks about a Curative Pass, you might wonder what that means for you as their provider. The Curative Pass is simply a confirmation tool EPO Value members use to ensure their visit is covered at $0 out-of-pocket cost. Members create the Pass themselves through the Curative Member Portal—it’s not something you need to generate or manage. When a patient presents a valid Curative Pass, you can be assured the member will have no cost share, and your payment will be issued directly by Curative.

Duration:
Passes are valid for a set time as designated on the Pass. Renewal is subject to review and plan eligibility.
